In the past two years we have worked to establish our North America Hitachigyu brand and bring to the market the realization of our mission statement, Harmony in Every Bite. We have adopted a fantastic Hitachigyu logo created by a well-known Japanese local artist, Katsumi Asaba. And we have launched our Hitachigyu website, www.hitachigyu.plainjoe.dev . The pandemic has inspired us further to create our own promotional goods.
In 2022 we are planning to work with our North America Hitachigyu importer and distributor partners to promote throughout North America our farm-to-table, antibiotic-free, delicious and the finest quality Japanese wagyu beef.
In order to do such a promotion, we will organize several Hitachigyu events at restaurants in various cities across North America. This will be done with the assistance of our partner-distributors. We would like you, honored chefs, to see, touch, smell, and taste our beef using your four separate senses.
The photo posted here is of a large-sized backdrop mosaic screen that we have created. It will be used at our various events as a signature part of the main display. The photo features our logo, six selected Ibaraki prefecture farmers and their robust, healthy, and happy cattle. They are placed in a mosaic array providing a wonderful visual and spiritual Hitachigyu experience. In this backdrop when you see those happy farmers conscientiously taking care of their cattle, you can truly sense our brand mission – Harmony in Every Bite.
We hope that the present COVID-19 situation may soon come to end, and we can visit North America and meet each of you in person at these events. We are looking forward to that day coming soon.
In addition to our backdrop screen, we have created other promotional products that you may use in your business, and we will introduce them to you to in our blog posts.
